Health Coach and Nutritionists

Growing up as an athlete, nutrition and movement was my main priority. Becoming obsessed with the idea to find the perfect nutrition and exercise plan consumed my every thought. I was convinced that the less I ate, the better I would perform on the field. Although I had a great passion for cooking, I was constantly trying fad diets, completely ruining my immune system and metabolism. As I started my collegiate lacrosse career I stuck with my same regimen, thinking it was what was best for me. In the first six months of my college career I tore my meniscus, acquired a hip injury and had numerous vitamin deficiencies. It was time to reevaluate my situation and redefine what health and nutrition meant to me.

Over the next couple years I dove into the nutrition world, finding my passion for Dietetics and food. Through the culinary and Nutrition department at Johnson and Wales, I found that food was not my enemy, but the medicine that healed me. I am also the head nutritionist at an impact free aqua fitness program called Aquatic Performance Training. With my history of injuries, water fitness was my only way of working out for a long time and these are the people I work with on a daily basis at APT. My passion for health, wellness and food is the reason I started Hadley Rose Nutrition to help people with a similar journeys find their way.
